Improvements & Adjustments

• New login background.
• When sorting inventories, non-expirable items will not get deleted anymore.
• Delete unowned items from the database, thanks for the user who (by no fault of their own) broke the database by creating 1.25m items and we discovered that mostly of the items in the database don't have owners.
• Disabled disconnecting from high latency, if you would get disconnected you will get a message instead so we can try to investigate the issue more.
