Miscellaneous (DPS Meter, ms2-logs)
A few of you have you have seen this but I'll throw it here since it's some progress related to the server.
This is a DPS meter heavily based off LOA Logs from Snoww (not me) and others + the original project of LOA Details from Herysia + Mathi. As far as I'm aware the only iteration of a MS2 DPS meter we've had is from Maygi, which mainly utilised OCR as opposed to packet tracking (Due to Nexon TOS).
The goal is to have a way more in-depth DPS meter as opposed to the in-game one, including:
- Real-time damage tracking + display calculations.
- Skill-breakdowns, this is extremely useful for both balancing reasons and self-improvement. This also feature a "Merge EX" checkbox which merges all base skill + EX skill damage together in one skill, this makes it a bit less cluttered.
- Buff tracking, where you can see both the uptimes of buffs and the "rDPS", which is raid-contributing DPS, good for supports to flex on the peasants.
- A history of the damage logs + encounters done.
- Settings page where you can customise the overall UI size + transparency, colour scheme of both the UI + classes, wipe your logs, change language etc.
I'll note this is still heavily WIP and many things are subject to change, but have some pretty screenshots!!
