Discord commands, debugging, some tinkering

New features:

• Introduced a new role in https://discord.com/channels/1361469107735888072/1361476135493435574 which will ping you when the server's back-up, you can opt-out of the rule any time by removing the reaction to the message.
• Added some Discord bot commands to help others out more since the https://discord.com/channels/1361469107735888072/1361476075628265663 channel isn't too obvious so these are more convenient, these include: /downloads - Links the message for the download message. /commands - Links the message for the commands message. /logs - Explains how you can find your Lith Launcher logs.

Improvements & Adjustments

• Fixed an /item command issue where it'd blowup an area of the map and flood the db with nulled items.
• When selecting "Recover Account" in https://discord.com/channels/1361469107735888072/1361478977444909057, you'll now be able to see the username for your account there.
• Limit-break related items (Prism Shard, Prism Stone) now show their item name + descriptions
• Added more backend logs to try and figure out where tf these lag issues are coming from.
• Added saving your character every map change as opposed to just logouts.
• Increased the chat length limit from 100 to 1,000.
• Increased the UGC shop listing duration from 90 days to 20 years.
• Utilising the banword list for username, clubs, and guild names. This does mean that you can't have those special symbols in your names (think stars, hearts etc), seems out of left field but the reason being is it can mess with some content unintendedly unfortunately. As for if you can keep the names you have, you can, but people with spaces in their names are a bad issue so we'll send the affected players a name-change ticket in-game.
