Server Rules

Be respectful. Treat all players and staff with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or targeted hostility toward players or staff will not be tolerated.

No discrimination. Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language is strictly prohibited. This includes usernames, guild names, and housing names.

No impersonation. Do not impersonate staff members, GMs, or other players. Staff will never ask for your password in game, on Discord, or anywhere else.

No NSFW content. NSFW content is strictly prohibited in all public spaces, including chat, UGC, housing, guild names, and profile pictures. Violations will result in an immediate ban.

No spamming. Do not repeatedly send the same message or flood chat channels. This includes excessive use of emotes or symbols.

No advertising. Do not advertise other private servers, paid services, or unrelated communities. This results in an immediate ban.

Keep it clean. Avoid excessive profanity in public chat. Mature language in private conversations between consenting parties is fine.

Keep politics and drama out. Political and religious debates, real-world controversy, and drama imported from other communities do not belong in public channels, in game or on Discord.

No botting or automation. Using third-party software to automate gameplay, including auto-clickers, bots, or macros that provide an unfair advantage, is strictly forbidden.

No hacking or cheating. Using modified game clients, memory editors, packet manipulation, or any other tool that alters game behavior will result in a permanent ban.

Fair play in dungeons. Do not grief party members by deliberately wiping the group, refusing to participate, or going AFK in dungeons. Genuine mistakes happen and will not be treated as griefing.

No real-money trading. Buying or selling accounts, items, mesos, or in-game services for real money is prohibited, no matter where the deal happens.

Original work only. Only upload content you created yourself and have the right to use.

Nothing that belongs to someone else. Do not upload logos, designs, or trademarks belonging to others, even modified versions, and even if the source was labeled "royalty-free", "non-commercial", or "free for personal use".

Be inspired, don't copy. Taking inspiration from other creators is fine; copying their work is not. Create your own.

No offensive content. Do not upload UGC that is sexually suggestive, harassing, abusive, degrading, hateful, or graphically violent, or that is designed to provoke political or religious conflict.

Ranked match integrity. Intentionally losing or arranging ranked matches to manipulate ratings, including boosting and win-trading, is prohibited and will result in a ban from ranked play for the season.

Report bugs immediately. If you discover a bug or exploit, report it to the staff on Discord. Do not spread information about exploits publicly.

Do not abuse exploits. Using a bug to gain an advantage is bannable, even for a single use. "I didn't know" will not hold up if the abuse was repeated.

No attacks on the service. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or infrastructure, or to disrupt the service in any way, will result in a permanent ban.

Appropriate names. Character, guild, and housing names must be appropriate. Names that contain slurs or explicit content, or that impersonate staff, will be forcibly changed; repeat offenders may be banned.

Account sharing is at your own risk. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We cannot recover items lost in shared-account disputes.

Secure your account. Attach and verify an email on your account page. A verified email is the only way to reset a lost password.

Respect staff decisions. GM and admin decisions are final. If you disagree with an action taken, appeal privately on Discord instead of arguing in public chat.

Report rule-breakers properly. Report rule violations to the staff on Discord with evidence. Do not retaliate or start public call-outs.

False reports. Knowingly submitting false reports against other players is itself a rule violation and will be treated as harassment.
