Server Rules

Be respectful. Treat all players and staff with courtesy. Harassment, bullying, or targeted hostility towards any player will not be tolerated.

No discrimination. Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language is strictly prohibited. This includes usernames, guild names, and housing names.

No impersonation. Do not impersonate staff members, GMs, or other players. Staff will never ask for your password in-game.

No NSFW content. NSFW content is strictly prohibited in all public spaces — including chat, UGC, housing, guild names, and profile pictures. Violations will result in an immediate ban.

No spamming. Do not repeatedly send the same message or flood chat channels. This includes excessive use of emotes or symbols.

No advertising. Do not advertise other private servers, external services, or any content unrelated to Lith. This results in an immediate ban.

Keep it clean. Avoid excessive profanity in public chat. Mature language in private conversations between consenting parties is fine.

No botting or automation. Using third-party software to automate gameplay, including auto-clickers, bots, or macros that provide an unfair advantage, is strictly forbidden.

No hacking or cheating. Using modified game clients, memory editors, packet manipulation, or any other tool that alters game behaviour will result in a permanent ban.

Fair play in dungeons. Do not intentionally grief party members — such as purposely wiping the group, refusing to participate, or AFKing in dungeons. We do understand mistakes happen however!

No account sharing. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Sharing accounts is at your own risk — we cannot recover items from shared account disputes.

Original work only. You may only upload and share content that is your own work.

No third-party trademarks. You may not use logos or trademarks belonging to someone else in your work.

No "free-use" content. Although some content you may find on the Internet has been designated as available for use in "derivative works" or "for personal use," or "use for nonprofit purposes," you may not use this content in your UGC. UGC submitted or uploaded does not qualify as personal or non-profit use.

No copying designs. Do not upload or share the designs or logos of others — even if you have modified the design or logo.

Be inspired, don't copy. While it is fine to be inspired by existing work created by other users, it is not okay to copy someone else's work. Create your own UGC. Be original.

No offensive content. You may not upload or share any content that is offensive, suggestive, harassing, abusive, degrading, hateful, political, religious or violent.

Ranked match integrity. Intentionally losing ranked matches (boosting/win trading) is prohibited and will result in a season ban.

Report bugs immediately. If you discover a bug or exploit, report it to staff via Discord or the ticket system. Do not spread information about exploits publicly.

Do not abuse exploits. Knowingly using a bug to gain an advantage — even once — is bannable. "I didn't know" is not a valid defence for repeated abuse.

Appropriate names. Character, guild, and housing names must be appropriate. Names containing slurs, explicit content, or impersonating staff will be forcibly changed or banned.

Respect staff decisions. GM and admin decisions are final. If you disagree with an action taken, appeal via Discord — not in public chat.

Report rule-breakers properly. Use the #bug-report channel on Discord with evidence. Do not attempt to resolve rule violations yourself.

False reports. Knowingly submitting false reports against other players is itself a rule violation and will be treated as harassment.
