Improvements & Adjustments

• Added basic PvP skill handling
• Fixed some skills that would kill the caster
• Commands:
  • Added gear preset command /player gear
  • Adjusted skillpoint command to use --rank 1/2 instead of --rank 0/1
  • Adjusted /commands to look better and now you can use /commands all to see all sub-commands as well
