Quest objects you lift up and carry can now only be set down on the spot they belong in, so a misplaced one no longer disappears for good and leaves the quest unfinishable on that map
Fixed periodic buff effects ignoring their own cooldowns and firing more often than intended

Fixed basic attacks for ranged classes not working
